Been in LA almost 7 years, and still have not found a truck better than Ernie. It's like, they are a part of the family. I love going to work and having the option to have Ernie. What do I recommend? Everything.

I just love Ernie's.
Lucy is just amazing in every way. They're very hard working people and very generous. The good is amazing. No other truck compares to Ernie's!
Everything on their menu is awesome, but the chile verde plate and mole, omg.. So gooood.

I miss Ernie's from my grad school days. Breakfast burritos were large and quite tasty. A Jaws Burger for lunch (in Ernie's words, "The Kevorkian Special") ensured that I didn't need to eat dinner. And the price was quite reasonable, I'd get my meal, a soda, and a dessert for less than the on-campus dining halls.
And anything can be customized (within reason). Mole flautas were our choice of lunch special.
Ernie, any chance of opening a franchise in NE Wisconsin? :-) -

A good Mexican food truck. I highly recommend the Al Pastor when it is offered, as it is very good. Carne asada and chicken are good, but not at the same quality as the Al Pastor. Carnitas are fair.
Ernie himself is a gentleman and very friendly. Recommended. -

Caltech needs Ernie's! Their burritos are so good. I want to have one breakfast burrito with bacon everyday!
